What do TCF Representatives do?
The Campership Fund (TCF) has a nationwide network of representatives to increase our presence and visibility to the Christian Science community. The representatives are our boots-on-the-ground, speaking with their fellow church members, hosting camp shows, and especially vetting applications.
TCF Representative’s main responsibility is to communicate with families for the purpose of vetting applications.
Other things a TCF Representative might do:
- help TCF find campers in their community
- attend camp shows to speak about TCF financial assistance helping new campers
- host virtual camp shows to recruit new campers from their churches
- volunteer at camp work weekends, preparing the camp facilities for summer
- volunteer as adult support during the summer programs
